San Diego

We  took a quick weekend trip to visit Erika's family in San Diego. We loved the beautiful weather and palm trees after having blizzards right up til the day before we left Idaho! We stopped in Old Town and ate nachos, panned for gold in the Mormon Battalion visitors center, tended cute little Ivy while the kids were at school, visited the Safari Park where we rode a tram around and saw giraffes, zebras, tigers, flamingos and gorillas and made a quick stop at the beach. We had a great time and loved spending time with the kids and Erika.
