Summer Fun!

While Erika's kids were here visiting, the Powell cousins went to the Splash Park and rode the carousel. Grandma Kris stopped by on her lunch hour to take a few pictures.

The Powells went camping while Jim and the kids were here on their stop moving from Guam to San Diego. It was also little Vince and Stella's first camping trip. They survived! (Not sure if Grandma Kris did, though!) It was lots of fun...but whoever thinks camping is relaxing is crazy! You work yourself to death to get ready. Work yourself to death while you're there and then, if you're not already dead, you work youself to death when you get home cleaning it all up! But we love it and had a good time!

Summer Cookout?!? OK maybe not....

The Fillmore cousins all got together to have a "cookout" but the wind was too bad so we had to eat inside. While we were all there we also celebrated the twins birthday. Lori always makes the cutest cakes! The twins, Ashlyn and Tanner's, 5th birthday! What fun cakes!
